Tags

Tags are free-form labels you can attach to components for organization, filtering, and optional color-based visualization.

• Any tag string is allowed on a component.
• Predefined tags have built‑in color presets; other tags fall back to a neutral color.

Default tags and colors

These tags ship with predefined colors:

• human
• automation
• disaster
• security
• internal
• external
• disabled
• scheduled
• triggered
• manual
• custom

Note: You can use any other tag name. If it’s not in the list above, it will be colored with a default/fallback.

Combined category+tag presets

When using category+tag coloring, some combinations have predefined colors:

• risk+human
• risk+disaster
• maintenance+human
• maintenance+automation

Other combinations use fallbacks.

Notes on coloring

• Category colors can be overridden per model via graph settings (category_colors). Tag color overrides are not configurable at this time.
• If you need a custom palette, prefer using categories or category+tag with the predefined pairs above.
